Zilversmid Curaçao uses its enquiry form to receive questions about jewellery, custom designs and repairs. You may also use it for a request about your personal information.
What information do we receive?
An enquiry includes your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. Do not include identity documents, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How do we use it?
We use your information to respond to your enquiry. It is stored privately in the WordPress administration. If email notifications are enabled, a notification is sent to the business email address.
Cookies and external services
The theme loads fonts and images locally and includes no advertising pixels or analytics. WordPress may use functional cookies, for example for logged-in administrators. External social media links open another website with its own privacy policy.
Spam prevention
The form uses a signed form token, a hidden spam trap and rate limits. A salted hash of the connection address and temporary tokens are used for abuse prevention; this does not make the form immune to every bot.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries remain stored until an administrator deletes them. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Information associated with an order or invoice may be subject to retention obligations. The business operator determines the relevant retention periods.
